Doh!

Not really any other way to describe this game.
The Aeros were a dominating hockey team for about six minutes there, taking a 2-1 lead on goals by Hrkac and Mojzis.

But then they kind of stopped and the shots started pouring in from the blue jerseys. Back-to-back-to-back penalties by Love, Noreau and Locke were just too much for the PK. Wagner and Drazenovic scored a pair of power play scores just 44 seconds apart and Peoria leads 3-2 after two.

Teams RARELY blow third period leads in the playoffs, and right now the Rivermen are fired up and desperate. While I don't think the Aeros are out of it, I do think they will end the night in a 2-2 with Peoria.

Rivermen will win this one 4-2 or 5-3.

Even if we made it to the next round we'd be just like the Ice Hogs, down and out in four. We don't have anyone that can keep the pucks out of the net.

well, we screamed ourselves hoarse - glad this comment can be typed :).
Rang multiple cowbells, clapped till palms revolted and ...duh....
Kolanos sick, Olvecky gone, Khudobin not at his best, a new goalie replacement at end... all that spells confusion among the boyz, and coaching staff???
However, am optimistic for Wednesday-the boyz will be furious, one hopes.
And they have had good results on Rivermen home ice before. Since I am typing this I will have to keep fingers crossed tomorrow!

Woohoo! Maybe an 8 game series. Would that mean they would come back to Houston? LOL ;)
