View from the press box - LIVE

And now it is time for the latest T3I experiment.
Postgame commentary and a live "View from the Press box" feature.

Our postgame interviews (After Game 4 of the West Division finals) were a decent success, and we hope to have more of those as this season comes to a close and into the next. I think it would be safe to bet that come training camp 2009, we'll have most of this down and more of what you want out of an AHL/Houston Aeros blog.

Great work, boys! I'm so sorry to bail on you last night. I've already told Mr. C he's riding with friends Wednesday so we can get you both on camera (yeah, Ms. C don't play that on-camera stuff).

Quite a good and a objective report, Messieurs John and Andrew.

Re M. Beaudoin: he, in my lay opinion, is one of the few players who seem to be in the right position more often than not, similar to Locke (77 games in the full season plus 17 post season). Maybe it was just bad voodoo that kept his shots from getting INTO the goal time after time last night.
What happened last night, is indicative how Beaudoin has performed all along since joining the Aeros earlier this year, and let's not forget HE did get the first Hat Trick, and THAT one on the road.
A valuable player, his defense equals his offense.. he's not a flashy player but a reliable player who played every game (44 regular games since joining the Aeros - half the season, and all post season 17 games).

Thanks for the enlightenment, John and Andrew - keep the reports coming.
