If you haven't caught Mitch Love's blog for Seattle's KING5.com, you're missing out. I've been keeping a running list of links to his individual posts (they're part of a larger blog) in the right-hand column of my blog if you want to look back at all of them.
Anyway, in the latest, we learn that Mitch is having surgery tomorrow to fix his broken nose from the fight on Sunday. Ouch. I'm not sure it's possible to appreciate this guy enough for what he does for this team. Hope he gets some good drugs out of the deal.

True story.
My 8-year-old nephew went to the game yesterday. And his favorite part was Love's fight. I took him to the locker room after the game, and he got to meet Mitch.
Today, he was in the playground. He was running around, tripped, and broke his nose.
Aww, bless his little heart! Maybe hearing that he and Mitch are both broken-nosed badasses will make it feel better. :)
