A great story on Max Noreau; no Aero represents the character of the Team better.
BTW, it would be very imformative to Aeros Fans if the "Triumvirate", once in a while, might focus on the relative successes of Aeros who have been called up to the WILD.
Case-in-point: Anton Khudobin (the WILD players call him BORAD) won again, last night at Edmonton facing 30+ shots, improving his record to 4-1-0 with a sparkling GAA below 1.50 and a Save Pct above 93%. He nearly achieved his second straight NHL shutout (extending over 140 minutes of scoreless play) until the Oilers got a PP goal on their last of 8 PP attempts in the waning moments of the Third period.
Todd Richards, without hesitation, declared that AK was the primary factor in the WILD victory, and the Oilers Media recognized him as the Star-of-the game.
Case-in-point: Clayton Stoner was, once again, one of the ice-time leaders (with Burns and Schultz) and, once again, a Rock on defense. Jared Spurgeon got significant ice-time, while Cody Almond did not play.
Go Aeros!
